Every simulator in the STEAM StartUp library starts the same way: a teacher sees a concept that is hard to explain with static slides, and wonders what if students could play with it?
Step 1: The idea
An educator or pedagogical lead submits a concept with clear learning goals. What should the student understand after 15 minutes of exploration?
Step 2: The spec
An EASE Pedagogical Lead turns the idea into a specification: learning objectives, scientific accuracy, interactivity, and the lesson plan template. The spec is the contract between vision and build.
Step 3: The build
A Developer implements the simulator with our config-driven engine — HTML, JS and Canvas, translated into 7 languages. Prototypes go back to the Lead for review.
Step 4: The classroom
Published simulators land in the Library with a ready-to-use EASE lesson plan. The Lead and Developer both receive credit — and recognition as the authors behind it.
